GFCS Regular Exercise

Every sport club always have their regular exercise, including GFCS too. They exercise twice a week. Sport clubs activities at schools mostly focused on exercise, not in theory. Therefore, a sport club have many agenda's activities performed, which the members of the club activities by exercising together, whether it will be a championship or not. It just a regular exercise only or to increase their skill.
Regular exercise activities usually begins at 3 pm until 4.30 pm and GFCS members stretching together and then they run surrounding the school for three time.

After that, they have to do basically movement, like passing, try to strike a soccer ball with the head, learning a ‘clean tackle’, and try a free kick from another position.


The coach give tips and trick how to take a ball from the opponent team. The coach teach strategies when the team against another team, try to working together with the team, and what should they do if they meet the opponent player by face to face.
Usually, at 4.15 the exercise is over, and when they take a rest, the coach will tell them his experience with football or just give motivation to them to more and more having performance. In another day, sometime the coach ordered them not to exercise, but just sharing their experience, memories, motivation, annoyance, one by one. So, they feel that GFCS is not only a common sport club or extracurricular, but also is a family.


In the holy month of Ramadhan, the exercise always being held like another month, the members of GFCS still doing stretching, warm up with run surrounding the school, the coach said that if we were fasting, that will be great if we are always moving our body, because if you are a true athlete, you must being ready to be playing sports everytime, everywhere. The regular exercise could extend when we breathing, and being the best of the best need the best hard work too.


There were thousands hours who used by Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Lionel Messi, Zinedine Zidane, Marco van Basten, and another great player to exercise.
